What's going on and what are your thoughts on the whole transfer of the "commercial areas here a the The Beach Villas?

Aloha everyone and welcome.
Feel free to post your thoughts. I am curious to hear your comments, good, bad or indifferent. I am a current owner of a Beach Villas unit.





Also, please consider signing up as a "Follower" of this Blog.


This way we have an idea of the readership and can update any emails we have. We have about 59 emails on file, I'm sure some of those go into a spam filter box and some are probably not checked regularly. Any help would be appreciated.
